Starting in the wee hours Thursday, our towers and Mikrotik subscriber radios will be updating themselves to the most recent version of RouterOS, as they are now behind several releases, which complicates our ability to take advantage of manufacturer service assistance. The cumulative software changes are minor, and most of them concern features and protocols that our network doesn’t even use.
Statistically, there are often one or two subscriber units that stumble during the automated upgrade process and fail to return to service. If this happens to your unit, please give us a phone call at 623-640-7883 and we’ll get it corrected either from the network center or at your premises. If you have a WiFi access point inside your home, we can make these corrections at your site without even leaving our truck.
